Revelation Gallery’s featured artist Alejandro Otaola is concluding his running show ‘Tale as Old as Time’. Over the last month the artist transported his entire workshop to the gallery to work on a new piece in conversation with the site, giving both patrons and Village residents unprecedented access to the artistic process.

This closing event will serve as a capstone for this dialogue, the production of his new piece, and the show itself, and will present both the finished work and a special surprise.

**Featuring abstract paintings which reflect on the individual’s pursuit of a seemingly impossible goal.**

The artist who pursues becoming one of, if not the greatest artist in the world. This impossible journey has led the painter to reflect on forces of epic proportion, seek out unusual and uncharted territory and meet mentors and guides along the way. In this exhibit, we will be bringing the art studio to life at the Revelation Gallery (224 Waverly Pl. NYC.).

Patrons of the gallery are welcomed to join in and explore the visual stories showcased in the form of surreal and abstract expression.

You may also take part in the artist studio experience so long as you follow the simple suggestions outlined in the artist’s media.

Following these simple guidelines will lead to a more immersive experience for both you and the patrons around you.
